Nexa Studio — Kolkata
An attack unit for brands, built on 12 years of Myndroot's battle tested portfolio.
Somewhere along the way, our industry split into two churches: the brand people who believe in feelings, and the performance people who believe in spreadsheets. Both are half right, and the half they are wrong about is expensive. Brand without performance is art. Performance without brand is a tax you pay to platforms forever.
We treat performance marketing as the proof layer of creativity. Every campaign that leaves this studio carries a hypothesis and a number attached to it: this audience, this message, this outcome. Not because numbers replace instinct — but because numbers tell you whether your instinct just earned its salary.
Every rupee audited
The question is never 'did the ads run'. The question is what each rupee returned. Cost per lead, cost per sale, cost per store visit, cost per rupee of revenue. When a campaign underperforms, the answer is not to spend more — it is to find which link in the chain broke: the audience, the offer, the creative or the landing experience. Each has a different fix, and guessing is not one of them.
Creative is the targeting
Here is what a decade of media buying teaches you: the algorithm has eaten targeting. Audiences are commodities now — everyone can reach the same people for roughly the same price. The last unfair advantage is the creative itself. The ad that stops the scroll wins the auction at a discount; the ad that blends in pays full price and dies. This is why our media team sits next to our film crew, not in a different building.
The honest dashboard
Ask your agency one question: what did you learn this month and what are you changing because of it? If the report is a screenshot of the ads manager with green arrows, you are being shown activity, not proof. We would rather show a client a failed experiment with a clear lesson than a vanity metric with a bow on it. Proof compounds. Vanity just bills.
